My son, Andrew, is our family "Omelet King." A few months ago, he decided to watch a You Tube video on making the perfect omelet and it worked! His omelets are fluffy, moist and delicious! Last Sunday, I was resting upstairs after our visit to the ER with Chloe, and this sweet boy made me a delicious ham and cheese omelet and brought it to me in my room! I thought I would get a picture since not everyone can make a restaurant grade omelet at 14!
